When you become a 赌钱app可以微信提现 student, you assume financial responsibility for the charges on your account. The student financial responsibility statement details your rights and responsibilities, which you agree to upon registration.
Student Obligation
By registering for classes at Johnson County Community College (赌钱app可以微信提现), I acknowledge and accept full responsibility to pay all charges billed to my student account including, but not limited to, tuition, course fees, books, Children’s Center fees, health insurance, returned checks, parking and library fines, and non-returned or damaged lab items or rental textbooks (hereafter referred to separately and collectively as “Student Obligations”). I understand 赌钱app可以微信提现 is advancing value to me in the form of educational services and that my right to register is expressly conditioned upon my agreement to pay these student obligations. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following provisions:
Financial Aid — If my federal or institutional financial aid is either not received by 赌钱app可以微信提现 or I later lose eligibility to retain financial aid for the semester, I assume responsibility for paying all student obligations for this term.
Third Party — If my third-party sponsor (military, employer, governmental agency, etc.) fails to pay 赌钱app可以微信提现, I assume responsibility for paying the amount the sponsor originally promised to pay on my behalf.
Hold on Student Account — A “Hold” will be placed on my records if my student obligations remain unpaid. As long as the hold remains in effect, it will prevent my ability to register for future semesters and add classes for the current term.
Method of Communication — 赌钱app可以微信提现 communicates electronically to my 赌钱app可以微信提现 Stumail email account. I am responsible for checking emails in a timely manner.
Returned Payments — If my check payment is returned by the bank for any reason, I agree to repay the original amount in addition to any returned payment fees assessed. I understand that a returned payment can result in my inability to pay with a check for one year from the date the returned payment is repaid, and all returned payment fees are paid in full.
Collection Information and Reminders — 赌钱app可以微信提现 or its designated collection agency may use an automated calling system and pre-recorded voice or text messages to contact me by phone regarding any outstanding account, student obligations or reminders, using any current or future phone number I have provided to the college, including any number to a cellular phone or wireless device. I am responsible for updating my contact information while attending and upon leaving 赌钱app可以微信提现.
Collection Fees and Credit Reporting — Delinquent debts may be reported to a credit bureau and referred to collection agencies and pursued through legal action against you. I agree to pay all reasonable costs and expenses of collecting unpaid charges, including collection agency fees (which may be based on a percentage up to a maximum of 15% of the debt), attorney fees and court costs. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with Kansas law, and I consent to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas, or the Federal District Court of Kansas regardless of my domicile at the time of such suit.
Method of Billing — I understand and agree that 赌钱app可以微信提现 provides billing statements electronically. I am responsible for reviewing and paying my student account by established deadlines.
Billing Errors — Administrative, clerical, or technical billing errors do not absolve me of my financial responsibility to pay the correct amount of tuition, fees, or other student obligations assessed as a result of my registration at 赌钱app可以微信提现.
Bankruptcy — Generally, student debts will not be dischargeable in bankruptcy, and barring certain exceptions, 赌钱app可以微信提现 will resume collection efforts upon closure of a bankruptcy case.
Student Age — I understand and agree if I am younger than the applicable age of majority when I execute this agreement that the educational services provided by 赌钱app可以微信提现 are a necessity, and I am contractually obligated pursuant to the “doctrine of necessaries.”
How to Avoid Financial Responsibility
I understand and agree that I am required to officially drop classes to avoid financial responsibility. I understand that I may not be dropped automatically if I do not pay my tuition or if I do not attend classes. If I decide not to attend a class, I must officially drop that class within the stated refund periods (drop deadlines). If I am unable to drop the class online, I understand that I must contact Registration within the stated refund periods for assistance in dropping the class.
I understand that dropping classes may reduce my financial aid eligibility, resulting in debt owed by me.
I understand that I will receive a grade in any course that is not dropped and that I will have a financial obligation for the course.
